Working JAPAN

Talent introductions from partner schools

Finding the top talent of the future from partner schools overseas and in Japan

In recent years, the number of international students has continued to increase, with Japanese language education institutions reaching their highest number since 2011.

However, even though there are foreign students who wish to find employment in Japan,
"There are no job openings for foreigners" "I don't understand the job hunting system in Japan" etc.
The reality is that it is actually quite difficult to find a job.

We introduce job-seeking students to companies early on,
We provide support to our partner schools so that students can start working for a company immediately after graduation.

Partnership with carefully selected schools

We have partnerships with multiple universities, junior colleges, vocational schools, and Japanese language schools both in and outside of Japan.
Job information can be shared with school officials and students, making it possible to recruit excellent students quickly.

Basic flow of recruitment support

Part of the recruitment support program

Hold a company information session at school

We will hold a job information session for your company at our affiliated schools. We will also hold face-to-face interviews at the same time, making job offers on the spot, allowing you to secure quality personnel.

Accompanying students to local partner schools

If you are going to a partner school overseas, our foreign staff who are familiar with the Japanese job hunting process will assist you with interpretation and translation related to job hunting. If you see an actual class, you can see the enthusiasm and seriousness of the students in finding a job. We will convey that feeling to you through our staff.

Learn Japanese and manners

After receiving a job offer, students will strengthen their Japanese language studies and learn the manners and rules of Japan, so that they will have a solid grasp of the knowledge necessary to avoid any problems once they arrive in Japan.

Prior study of in-house manuals

Before coming to Japan, you will study your company's internal manuals so that you can start working immediately after joining the company. We will translate technical terms into your native language and provide guidance so that you can start working with a deeper understanding.

We can also create original training programs to meet your needs.

If you are considering regular and continuous employment and want to hire a large number of new graduates working on specific skills visas, it is possible to set up special classes at affiliated overseas Japanese language schools.

Students enroll (or transfer into classes) with the assumption that they will join your company, and they will study an original curriculum designed specifically for your company. Your company can interview students in advance and select only the most talented people.

Not only will they study your company's manuals, but they will also be thoroughly familiar with the specialized knowledge and manners necessary for the job before coming to Japan to start work, so there is no need to worry about a gap between them and Japanese staff due to a lack of Japanese language understanding after joining the company.

There are two types: the "Entrance Type" where students are given thorough training from the time they enroll, and the "Additional Type" where students receive additional training for 1-2 months after receiving a job offer. Although separate educational expenses are required for each type, it allows students to start working smoothly after arriving in Japan.

Generally, special classes are set up at overseas Japanese language schools, but they can also be set up at overseas universities.
Please inquire in detail.
