[Internship] [Introducing graduates from partner schools] [Dispatch of instructors to restaurants]
One way to resolve the chronic labor shortage is to focus on new graduates from overseas, just as we do on Japanese new graduates.
We introduce overseas new graduates from various angles.
We have partnered with Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, the largest private university in Vietnam, and Politeknik Negeri Bali, the most popular university in Bali, Indonesia, where students can gain practical experience and study, to send internship students.
We also have partnerships with schools in Nepal, so we can suggest schools that are a good fit for your company's business model.
Our 21 affiliated junior colleges, vocational schools, and Japanese language schools in Japan and overseas are schools that we have carefully selected.
We provide support to companies in introducing foreign talent for new graduate recruitment, and we also help schools reduce the time and effort involved in recruitment and support students in their job hunting efforts.
[Domestic affiliated schools: 16 schools]
Hokkaido, Akita, Gunma, Niigata, Tokyo, Kanagawa, Shizuoka, Nagasaki, Okinawa
[5 overseas partner schools]
Vietnam, Indonesia, Nepal
Service in Japanese restaurants is different from that in other countries, so foreigners need to learn Japanese-specific service, etiquette, and terminology.
Instructors with experience of giving lectures overseas will provide customer service and hospitality services, and will kindly teach foreigners language training and cultural understanding.
We will introduce "SIM cards", "Room search without a guarantor", and "Credit cards for foreigners" that are necessary for preparing the living environment for foreigners who come to Japan from overseas.
It is difficult to make judgments in interviews, and we will determine the "adaptation to Japanese culture" and "ability to respond to different cultures" of foreign personnel.
